Junior Business Manager

Key Responsibilities / Duties:

  • Business Development: Helping grow the business by supporting sales efforts through presentations, researching potential opportunities, and evaluating proposals given by higher management
  • Account management: Making sure projects run smoothly by maintaining a consistent pulse on client engagement status and communicating challenges and opportunities to senior management
  • Recruitment: Identifying and hiring talented interns as well as experienced engineers who fit in with our company culture
  • Organization: Coordinating logistical, infrastructure and purchasing activities
  • Administration: Gathering current data from various stakeholders and ensuring that offers and invoicing are completed promptly

Qualification Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in software engineering
  • Up to 2 years of relevant experience in the software industry
  • Very good communication skills
  • Proactive, highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Enthusiastic and team-oriented, someone who inspires top performance
  • Fluent English is mandatory, written and spoken
  • Knowledge of French is a plus
  • Involvement in volunteering in student organizations is a plus
