Leading, mentoring, and providing guidance to the software development team for high-end Automotive Semiconductor Product for Secure Car Access ARM-based. Position also includes architecture design and development embedded microcontroller firmware for new products and new product features for Application Ultra-Wide Band Distance Measurements or Radar.
Key Responsibilities / Duties:
- Design, write, debug and release “bare metal” embedded microcontroller firmware for new products and new product features for
- Application Ultra-Wide Band Distance Measurements or Radar
- Experience with device drivers, low-level libraries and ARM processor architecture
- Analyzing new client requests
- Creation of specification and code for test and productive functions, modules or classes
- Development of solutions on the edge of the feasible
- Maintenance, optimization and refactoring of existing source code
Qualification and Key requirements:
- Bachelor of Science or Higher Degree (Technical University) in Computer Science, Electronics, Automation or related software disciplines
- At least 8 years of experience with programming (C) in embedded field
- At least 3 years of experience leading a team of software engineers
- Knowledge of software development process and version control (Git, SVN)
- Experience with ARM processor architecture
- Reliable team player in an international and multi-site environment
- Good leadership skills
- Good communicator
- Ability to give/receive feedback and work on it
- Ability to delegate
- Role model (positive attitude, communication with teammates, enthusiasm, working ethics, promote corporate culture)
- Good knowledge of spoken and written English is a must
